we never had the safety net growing up so when i faced the exam my body and mind both go against me like i sleep a lot or dont sleep at all . and many more thing like day dreaming creating imaginary scenerio and what not and then crazy ideas come to mind and what i will do after exam over and i wana play game and all sort of bs
instead what i did i told my self that its ok its just a test i can afford to fail and then i prepare to pass and when i prepare to pass next be like lets score to compete lol . and for crazy idea i write it down and for that pending task i have diary and for discipline i have another diary where i write what amount of time i spend trying to study and for pending task i have this todo list board and also to stop distracting and remind myself that i dont waste time i have the clock app which make sound of tick every minute and hour
also new thing is started using notebookllm google to create digital notes .
bcz context window is small so i split the gateway classes notes and give multiple notes and also yt video and syllabus to create notes.
