i felt excruciating pain not like on body but from inside like a feeling a feeling of pain in whole body as if whole body having needles all over body and had little fever and body pain so sleept for 2-3h i feel ok now but i did slept in night and even after proper night sleep i wake up to head ache either left or right not whole
felt this when exam is near
